There was water coming up through the middle and the perimeter of the porous concrete floor, but thanks to the TripleSafe that nightmare would end. This impressive and one-of-a-kind system is capable of discharging thousands of gallons of water thanks to its cast-iron Zoller horsepower sump pumps. The primary pump set at 1/3 horsepower can discharge up to 2,200 gallons of water, while the secondary pump set at ½ horsepower can discharge up to 3,900 additional gallons. If you experience sump pump failure or a power outage, the UltraSump battery backup sump pump will stop a flood in its tracks. When set at the highest level, this device can discharge up to 11,500 gallons or more of water! We made sure to install the entire system in this homeowner’s basement to prevent water from entering and damaging the area. The concrete floor was also restored after the installation of the sump pump was complete. Once our crew was done, the homeowner knew they could move and sell their home with no issues.

Our transformation specialist determined that our WaterGuard Drainage System would allow the water to be collected and redirected out of the home. This special drainage system is designed to be installed below the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing, and away from the “mud zone” to prevent clogging from dirt or debris. It was developed over the course of more than two decades of research and has a lifetime transferable written warranty.  WaterGuard is easy and fast to install, which gives the homeowner peace of mind knowing that the job will be finished in a short amount of time. The WaterGuard is special because it has a built-in wall flange that collects any water that seeps through the walls and keeps it from spilling onto the floor. It also directs that water directly into your sump pump system, getting it out of the basement for good. Minimal invasion of the concrete floor was required, and our team restored it once the WaterGuard was in place, making it hardly noticeable. Once our team finished installing this complete drainage system, water invasion became a thing of the past.
