Before the Work Started
This is what the basement looked like before our crew took action and installed a full waterproofing system.
Jackhammering Begins
Our crew began jackhammering away at the concrete slab to make room for the interior drainage system that would get installed around the perimeter of the basement.
WaterGuard System Installed
Our WaterGuard System is now in the process of getting installed. It lays above the foundation footing and rests in a bed of drainage stone so it does not become clogged with dirt or debris.
BrightWall Panels Get Installed Next
Behind the WaterGuard System we installed a strip of our BrightWall Panels. These panels prevent water vapor from passing through the walls and help direct any incoming water into the WaterGuard System.
Concrete Restored
The concrete slab has been restored and now the WaterGuard System and the BrightWall Panels are ready to work together to tackle these leaky basement walls.
Protection from Floods
We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which will pump out any of the water that the WaterGuard System funnels into it. This sump pump is made to handle huge volumes of water and has a battery backup system that keeps the pump running even if you get a tripped circuit or have a power outage.
