Helping a Homeowner Combat a Leaky Crawl Space in Olivebridge, NY

A homeowner located out in Olivebridge, NY contacted our company because he had recently purchased a property that had a leaky and problematic crawl space. Our appointment center representative booked the homeowner an appointment with our specialist John. John headed out to the home to take a look and assess the situation. When John got to the home, the homeowner expressed that he planned on living in this house forever but was concerned about the water issues inside the crawl space. The most water he had found inside was between one to two inches, which of course is one too many. The homeowner wanted peace of mind and to hire a company that would do the job correctly. First, they started out by laying down the drainage matting over the dirt floor to enhance the longevity and durability of the vapor barrier that was to be placed over top. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump System got installed inside the crawl space to provide the ultimate protection against flooding.
