Dirt Crawl Space
This dirt crawl space needed to be encapsulated so that moisture and water vapor could no longer get inside.
Drainage Matting
First the crew placed our drainage matting directly on top of the dirt floor so that it would help enhance the longevity and durability of the vapor barrier that gets placed over top. It also helps to form a permanent seal over the floor.
Vapor Barrier Installed
We installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to help prevent water vapor from getting inside the crawl space and causing problems. It's a super thick and durable liner that is resistant to wear and tear, and helps to create a dry environment.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System & Dehumidifier
To make sure the humidity stays low and under control, our team installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifer. This super efficient system can rmeove up to 100 pints of water from the air per day. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System can pump out thousands of gallons of water thanks to its two cast-iron Zoller horsepower pumps. This crawl space will be protected against heavy water intrusion and humid conditions!
