Basement Waterproofing & Crawl Space Repair in Rhinebeck, NY

All the concrete that was removed gets repoured where it’s needed to hold the WaterGuard in place. This 100% waterproof vapor barrier helps water from passing through your basement walls and onto the floor. We used our TrenchDrain System in the areas where it was not possible to install WaterGuard due to appliances that could not be moved. Thanks to its grated opening, it can receive any water from the floor. The entire system was set up to funnel the water directly into the homeowner’s current sump pump. To combat the humidity and keep the levels under control, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and also set that up to drain into the existing sump pump. This dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air per day and can filter out particles smaller than mold spores and dust mite droppings.
