It features a 1/3 horsepower cast-iron sump pump which can discharge up to 2,220 gallons of water from your home at an 8-foot head. 

For the crawl space portion of the project, we installed our drainage matting and CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The drainage matting helps to enhance the durability and longevity of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The encapsulation system itself is made of a 20-mil reinforced polymer liner that acts as vapor barrier and prevents moisture from getting inside your crawl space. This ensures that your crawl space is protected from mold and other issues that water can cause. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System does not support mold growth and has built-in anti-microbial protection. Once our team was finished, this homeowner no longer had to worry about water wreaking havoc on their basement or crawl space.

The CleanSpace Encapsulation System does not support mold growth and has built-in antimicrobial protection. We also removed the existing fiberglass insulation so that it would not continue to absorb moisture or fall away from the floor joists. Once our team was done, this crawl space went from being an unsightly area to a dry and healthy environment! The homeowner no longer had to worry about water wreaking havoc inside their crawl space.

All the water will be directed away from the home, avoiding any horrible floods. After this was installed, this homeowner knew their crawl space would remain dry no matter what kind of weather they were having!
