Our WaterGuard System, which is an interior drainage system, was installed along the perimeter just below the concrete slab and resting on top of the foundation footing. It collects any water leaking through the walls using its built-in wall flange that extends up the wall at 3/8”. Our XL TrenchDrain System was also placed on the inside of an entrance to the space to collect any incoming water.

To support the failing walls and to transfer the load, we used our EverBrace Wall Restoration System. It’s made with corrugated steel panels that span between I-beams and contain components coated in zinc so they will not corrode. This created brand new walls directly in front of the old ones, so now there is no doubt that this foundation is stable again.

Finally, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to remove the moisture from the air and help it stay dry. This highly efficient dehumidier also includes an air filtration system, which can filter out particles smaller than two microns in size. It can remove 100 pints of water from your air and pushes dry air into and around your basement. We also made sure to connect the dehumidifier directly to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, eliminating the need for the homeowner to empty any buckets of water.
