Sealing Off a Crawl Space in Middletown, NY

A homeowner in Middletown, NY had a tiny crawl space underneath their home that needed to be sealed off from the earth. After taking a closer look at the crawl space in person, our transformation specialist proposed that we install our CleanSpace Encapsulation System over top of the crawl space. This product serves as barrier for your crawl space, preventing water vapor from finding its way in. It is made of 20-mil thick plastic, in which the different layers have their own characteristics of flexibility. Two layers of polyester cord reinforcement are used to put it all together, making this liner extremely durable. It also cannot be pulled off the wall or torn because of this design. We paired it with our drainage matting underneath as well to enhance the durability and longevity of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
