The Unstable Wall
This wall needed to be stabilized sooner rather than later. It was bowing in towards the basement and the horizontal crack running through it was even more proof it was failing.
Wall Stabilized
The EverBrace Wall Restoration System was used to provide a permanent solution to the failing wall. It's coated in zinc so it will not rust or corrode, and a ridged foam was injected behind it to help transfer the load from the failing wall to our system.
Wall Without Insulation
This wall was in poor condition and very dull looking before we covered it in our Foamax wall panels. They also were not providing a ton of warmth.
Insulated Walls
Now the wall looks brighter and more inviting thanks to the white foil finish on the front of the Foamax wall panels. These panels feature a polyisocyanurate foam that helps the basement to feel much warmer and comfortable.
Water Damage Visible
Here you can see where the water seeped through the concrete blocks and left behind dark brown stains.
Walls Help Reduce Condensation
Thanks to the foil vapor barrier on the back of the Foamax panels, condensation will be reduced. These panels can be left exposed as is and don't require finishing either.
