Halle joins The Basement Transformer team, bringing her four years of knowledge and experience in the customer service industry with her. Halle also has what it takes to help people by speaking directly to them one on one since she has three years of prior experience answering the phones under her belt.
With her expertise, The Basement Transformer saw what an asset Halle would be to the company and brought her on board. Halle brings a focused, enthusiastic, and intelligent approach to each call that she takes and homeowner that she helps. She is a trusted member of The Basement Transformer’s appointment center team and upholds the high standards of the company. 
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, working on cars, and ice skating.
