For this job, our crew got to work right away by chipping away with jackhammers at the cement floor in order to install one of our most trustworthy tools, our WaterGuard product.

This product lives between the wall and floor to collect any water and prevents it from coming into contact with the floor all together. The WaterGuard also includes ports for easy access and annual maintenance checks.

Our Triple Safe Sump Pump, featuring two main pumps and a backup pump, was installed in conjunction with our WaterGuard product to ensure that the collected water is then transported away from the home.

To address any moisture problems that could arise in the near future, our crew also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This dehumidifier is much more effective and powerful than the ones you can buy in stores. All the collected water is then drained into the sump pump and out of the basement.
