Celebrating Hard Work by Cooking Breakfast for The TBT Team!

Here at The Basement Transformer, we like to support our team and show our gratitude and appreciation for everything that they do.

 

At the beginning of this month, we celebrated all the hard work our team accomplished in June of 2025. To give back to the entire team, we told the staff to come in early so that we could cook breakfast for them right here in the office!

We all had a blast eating pancakes and breakfast sausages, while getting to bond with our coworkers and reflecting on a job well done.

 

Our operations manager cooked pancakes for everyone on a mini pancake griddle that a staff member was kind enough to bring in just for the occasion. We utilized our mini toaster oven to cook the breakfast sausages at the same time.

Our little office kitchen was put to good use for a fun and well-deserved occasion.

 

The team enjoyed their breakfast, but they did not waste any time getting back to business as usual. Since the whole team was present, they all had a meeting about upcoming jobs and projects. Our transformation specialists explained to our production team the jobs that were on the schedule to be installed. People were able to ask questions, get clarity, and get a better understanding of what was to be expected.

 

To capture the memory of the occasion – the whole team stepped outside to take some group photos. Our production team positioned our trucks, and the company branded vehicles against the clear blue sky to make the perfect backdrop for our photo op!

 

It truly was a wonderful day filled with lots of celebration and great company.
