The Basement Transformer Heads to the Dutchess County Fair

From August 19th-24th of this year our team was busy working our very own booth at the Dutchess County Fair right here in New York. 

It was a great experience for the whole team from start to finish.  
Setting up the booth before the event started was an enjoyable experience. Our team got to decide and figure out how to best display our products and showcase what it is that we do. 

Our transformation specialists worked hard to man the booth every day, with two guys working the booth in the morning and two working in the evening. They got to connect with homeowners in person and assisted in making appointments for our company to go out and inspect their homes. They discussed the issues the homeowners are currently experiencing in their basements and crawlspaces. We love to help these homeowners make their basements or crawlspaces healthier and drier environments. We had samples of our products at the booth as well, which even included a mini model of our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our specialists were able to show the homeowners our products and explain their benefits and what makes them so great. 

Members of our office staff worked hard to make sure the homeowners got on our schedule and confirmed their appointments with them right there at the fair. No one on our staff hesitated to help a homeowner. 

Throughout the week we also had a couple of homeowners that we did work for previously stop by our booth and tell us how they still love the work that we did for them. They expressed how appreciative they were of our team members and their ability to deliver the results that were promised. 

We made great memories, bonded as a team, and got to help the people that walked into our booth looking for solutions. We cannot wait to attend next year! Mark your calendars and be sure to stop by and check out our set up.
