Once you get a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier installed in your house, the humidity inside drastically decreases and you no longer have to worry about those damp and musty smells.  

Although this dehumidifier is extremely efficient and can remove up to 100 pints of water per day using the same amount of energy as a dehumidifier that only removes 40 pints, it still needs to be serviced annually. 

This machine is only efficient if it’s being cared for properly, and proper care means scheduling an appointment with our service technician. 

The SaniDry Sedona ensures your home has safe and healthy air quality in addition to controlling the level of humidity. It helps to dry the contents of your basement or crawl space and distributes that dry air all throughout the space. Mold cannot thrive in an environment that contains air with very low humidity. 

The last thing you’d want is for your dehumidifier to stop suddenly because you forgot to schedule annual maintenance, and the humidity levels slowly start to increase. Before you know it, your basement or crawl space can be filled with moisture and mold all over again. •    The blower inside the dehumidifier
•    The heat exchange system as well executing as a proper cleaning of it
•    Verify the discharge is working 
•    Swap out the old filter for a new duet carbon filter
•    Adjust any controls as needed
