Celebrating Our Team Member!

This week we celebrated a very important date: the birthday of Halle, our valuable appointment center representative.

Halle is hardworking and answers every call she takes with care and goes above and beyond to help each homeowner that contacts our company.

This awesome in-office birthday celebration was well deserved on her part.

Our production coordinator organized it and decorated our office lunch table with lovely decorations and even made everyone breakfast sandwiches.

Our other appointment center representative got some beautiful flowers for Halle and put them in a vase.

Our marketing coordinator was responsible for causing a distraction while the rest of the team handled the decorating and getting the birthday snacks on the table.

Halle was really surprised by the entire set-up when she finally saw it and was extremely grateful that we took the time to celebrate with her.

We’re grateful for our team members like Halle that help make The Basement Transformer a positive place to work.
