The Basement Prior to Being Worked on by Our Team
This is what the basement looked like before our team did any work on it. It had a sump pump without an airtight lid on it, leaving it completely exposed which meant water could spill out or even evaporate into the air.
DryTrak System and Sump Pump Installed
We replaced the old sump pump with our TripleSafe Sump Pump liner and placed a 1/3 horsepower Zoller cast-iron pump inside. This sump pump has an airtight lid and can discharge up to 2,220 gallons of water, ensuring that any incoming water will be transported out and away from the home. The DryTrak System went along two of the walls in this basement with a monolithic foundation. This system allows us to avoid having to jackhammer through a thick slab.
Lines for DryTrak System
These lines run away from the wall and out towards the middle of the floor. The openings that are exposed will receive the water from the DryTrak System and help drain it into the sump pump we installed.
DryTrak System Fully Installed
This system gets permanently epoxied to the floor, eliminating the need for intense excavation. The opening at the top allows it to receive any water coming in from the walls.
