Dig Out a Channel
Here you can see where our crew carefully jackhammered a channel within the concrete for the TrenchDrain to properly fit into.
Install the Drainage Pipe
The pipe of the TrenchDrain has been placed into the concrete slab and adding back the concrete will be next.
Concrete Restored
The concrete that was removed by the jackhammer has been restored and the opening of the pipe was taped off to prevent concrete from falling inside.
Grated Opening Added
The grated opening has been added to the pipe after the concrete was poured. It is designed to receive water from the floor and because it was installed on the inside of the garage, it will not freeze over during the winter or get severely clogged with dirt or debris.
