Unfinished Basement Walls and No Waterproofing System
Here you can see the unfinished basement walls and the concrete floor that are exposed. The waterproofing system has not be installed quite yet.
CleanSpace to Cover the Walls
Now the walls have a bright and crisp appearance thanks to our CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace can cover unfinished walls and uneven surfaces, and its white color helps to maximize the available lighting inside your space. This 100% plastic waterproof barrier will prevent water from finding its through the concrete walls and prevents humidity issues from occurring inside your basement.
WaterGuard System Installation in Progress
Here you can see the WaterGuard system being installed below the concrete slab and sitting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps it out of the mud zone where it can become clogged with dirt and debris. Minimal invasion to the concrete slab is required and everything is restored once the job is completed.

Pictured here is the same area of the basement as seen in the previous photo. This is what our CleanSpace Wall System and WaterGuard System look like once they are fully installed. The CleanSpace Wall System is completely waterproof and does not support mold or mildew growth, thanks to the built-in anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh! All of the concrete that was removed to install the WaterGuard has also been restored!

CleanSpace Stays in Place
Unlike paint, CleanSpace will never chip or fall off the walls since it is made of plastic and fastened to the walls with plastic drilled-in fasteners. Any water seepage will also be directed into the WaterGuard System.
