Sealed Off and Moisture Kept Out
Now the CleanSpace Encapsulation System has been installed, and moisture is no longer a match for this crawl space. This 20-mil reinforced polymer liner acts as a vapor barrier between your crawl space and the foundation walls, as well as the ground. It even features different characteristics of flexibility and is resistant to wear and tears.

Not only does it seal moisture out, but it also does not support mold growth thanks to the built-in antimicrobial protection. It also prevents the wood inside your crawl space from rotting because it prevents water vapor from making its way inside the space.
Water Gets Transported Out
The CleanSpace Encapsulation System allows the water to flow from underneath, and into the sump pump system that we installed. The SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System is made specifically for crawl spaces, and that's exactly what we installed for this homeowner. It features a 1/3 horsepower Zoeller sump pump capable of discharging 2,500 gallons of water at a 5 foot head. It also comes with a sump alarm that will alert you when there is water inside your crawl space.
