Concrete Slab Gets Removed
The crew starts out by jackhammering a portion of your concrete slab to make room for the WaterGuard System to get installed. The WaterGuard System gets installed outside of the "mud zone" so it does not become clogged with dirt or debris. It sits in a bed of drainage stone and on top of your foundation footing to prevent this.
Concrete Slab Gets Restored
The concrete slab is fully restored once the WaterGuard System has been put in place. A strip of our BrightWall panels has been added to the bottom of the wall as well to direct any water coming through into the system. BrightWall is 100% waterproof and does not support mold growth either!
WaterGuard Has Special Features
Our WaterGuard System features a wall flange that extends up your wall at 3/8" that will help direct any water seeping through into the system. It also has service ports for easy access to conduct any necessary maintenance in the future. Its unique shape and large openings also help prevent it from getting clogged.
The WaterGuard System is Ready for Action!
Now any water that tries to leak through these basement walls and onto the floor will be stopped thanks to this interior drainage system. The best part is after the concrete gets restored and it dries; you can barely tell that any work was done. You do not have to worry about the WaterGuard System ruining the overall look of your basement because it's barely noticeable!
