Damage to the Concrete Walls
Here you can see where the water was coming in through the walls. Stains and efflorescence could be seen all over. Even the white paint that was used to coat the concrete blocks had slowly started to chip away.
WaterGuard Starts to Get Installed
Our crew began this project by slowly chipping away at the concrete slab with jackhammers. This interior drainage system sits below your floor slab and above the foundation footing, so it does not become clogged with dirt or debris.
The Concrete Slab Gets Restored
Once the WaterGuard System is in place, the concrete floor gets completely restored. After the concrete dries, you can hardly even tell there's a drainage system in the basement.
No More Leaky Walls
Now that the WaterGuard is in place, it can collect any water coming through the walls thanks to its built-in wall flange and large drainage openings.
