WaterGuard Installation Begins
The crew has begun jackhammering on the concrete slab to remove part of it to make room for our WaterGuard System. Minimal invasion is required, and everything is restored once the job is complete.

Concrete Slab Restored
The crew has replaced the concrete that was removed and the WaterGuard is practically undetectable. Its finished appearance will not ruin the look of your basement.

Features of the WaterGuard
The WaterGuard features a wall flange that extends up the wall at 3/8" which helps to collect any water seeping through the walls. It also gets installed above the foundation footing, which keeps it out of the "mud zone" so it does not become clogged with dirt or debris. Its large drain openings and unique shape also help to prevent clogging. The WaterGuard also has service ports for easy access so we can do maintenance checks.

The Process is Complete
Now that the WaterGuard is in place this homeowner can relax knowing that there is a reliable system in place to deal with any water that might come through their basement walls. Any water will be collected by the WaterGuard System and directed to the sump pump to be taken out of the home.
