Water Seepage Through the Walls
Here you can see where our crew has carved out room in the concrete slab to be able to install the WaterGuard System. You can also see the damaged areas along the bottom of the wall, where the water was seeping through.

Unique Features of the WaterGuard
The WaterGuard has many unique features such as a wall flange, large drain openings, and a unique shape. The wall flange extends up your basement wall at 3/8" and helps to collect any water leaking through the walls and it is then directed into the system which sits below the floor. Its large drain openings and unique shape help it form a resistance to becoming clogged. It is also installed away from what is known as the "mud zone" so dirt and debris do not make their way inside. Our crew installs it below the floor slab and above your foundation footing, in a bed of drainage stone. The service ports are also part of the system to provide easy access for any future maintenance.

WaterGuard Sits Inside Drainage Stone
Here you can see where our crew has carefully laid out the drainage stone around the WaterGuard System to elevate it above the foundation footing. You can also see that not a lot of concrete needs to be removed in order to install this system. This makes the process rather quick and easy.

Concrete Restored & Process Finished
The concrete slab has been restored, and the WaterGuard System is now in place and ready to take on any water that comes through the walls. Now the homeowner can relax knowing their leaky basement walls are being handled with a proper waterproofing solution.
