Concrete Removed for WaterGuard
Minimal invasion to the concrete slab is required to install our WaterGuard System. This makes the installation process quick and easy. Everything that gets removed with a jackhammer is restored in the end.

WaterGuard's Unique Design
The WaterGuard System has large drain openings and a special shape that helps to prevent it from getting clogged. It also sits in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing, and below the concrete slab to keep it from getting clogged with dirt or debris. It also features service ports, which provide easy access for any maintenance that may be needed. It collects the water thanks to the wall flange that extends up your basement wall at 3/8". All concrete is restored once the system is in place.

TrenchDrain in Complicated Areas
In the areas of the basement that suffer from water intrusion, but where WaterGuard will not work due to objects that cannot be moved, we use our TrenchDrain Grated Drain Pipe. Since we are unable to install WaterGuard along the walls in these areas, the grated opening of the TrenchDrain comes in handy. This will ensure that any water that does seep through the walls still gets collected, just in a different way. The water will be collected from the floor instead of the wall directly, as the water will run over the top of the openings in the TrenchDrain system. The WaterGuard is connected to this, ensuring that both systems are working together.

TrenchDrain Fully Installed
All concrete has been restored, and the system is now in place and ready to collect any water that comes from the walls and onto the floor. Water intrusion is now an issue of the past!
