The Jackhammering Begins
The first step to installing the WaterGuard System is to remove part of the concrete slab. Minimal invasion is required and once the WaterGuard is in place, everything gets restored.

WaterGuard is Clog Resistant
The WaterGuard System sits within of a bed of drainage stone and above your foundation footing. It is installed this way, so it does not become clogged with dirt or debris. Its large drain openings and unique shape also aid in its resistance to becoming clogged.

WaterGuard's Wall Flange
The built-in wall flange that extends up the basement wall at 3/8" is what allows the water to make its way down into the system as it leaks through the walls. This water then gets directed to your sump pump system, where it is then discharged from the home altogether.

Concrete Slab Restored
Once the WaterGuard system is in place, the concrete slab gets restored. You are left with a functional French drain, that is out of sight and does not ruin the look of your basement.
