How Does the Installation Process Begin?
First our crew removes part of the concrete slab to make room for the WaterGuard to be installed. Not a lot of concrete must be removed, so the process is done rather quickly. The WaterGuard System gets placed around the perimeter of your basement, along the walls.

WaterGuard Has Unique Features
This drainage system is resistant to clogs because of its large drain openings and unique shape. We also install it out of the "mud zone" - meaning it sits in a bed of drainage stone and on top of the foundation footing. We do this to prevent dirt and debris from getting into the system.

WaterGuard Sits Along the Walls
The WaterGuard will collect any water that leaks through the concrete walls using the built in wall flange and will then direct it into the sump pump system. This drainage system gives the water a place to go and a path to make it out of the house.

A Trustworthy Solution
The concrete slab has been restored and now the WaterGuard is in place. Water intrusion is now a problem of the past thanks to this French drain system.
