Jackhammering in Front of The Fireplace
Jackhammering is done to the concrete slab in order to make room for the WaterGuard System. Minimal invasion to the concrete slab is required, allowing this system to be installed quickly.

WaterGuard Has an Anti-Clog Design
This interior drainage system sits above your foundation footing and rests in a bed of drainage stone, outside of the "mud zone". It's installed this way to prevent the system from getting clogged with dirt and debris. It also features large drain openings and a unique shape that help prevent it from becoming clogged as well.

The Wall Flange Directs the Water
WaterGuard features a built-in wall flange that extends up your basement walls at 3/8" which helps direct the water seeping through your walls and into the system itself. You can see it in this photo up close in front of the fireplace.

WaterGuard Installation Complete
The concrete has been restored, and the system is now permanently in its place. A small strip of our BrightWall System has been installed behind the WaterGuard System as an extra security measure to help direct any water leaking through the walls into the system.
