Jackhammering to Install WaterGuard
Minimal invasion of the concrete slab is required to install this patented interior drainage system known as the WaterGuard System. Once it's in place, the concrete slab gets fully restored and you can barely tell that anything is there.
WaterGuard Gets Installed with a Strip of BrightWall Panel Behind It
The WaterGuard System has now been installed and the concrete slab has been restored. This system sits above your foundation footing and rests in a bed of drainage stone. It gets installed this way to prevent it from becoming clogged with dirt or debris. We installed a strip of our BrightWall panel behind it to help direct the water straight into the WaterGuard System. This rigid plastic, waterproof panel is durable, washable, and does not support mold growth.
TrenchDrain Gets Installed in Tricky Areas
To work around areas where the WaterGuard System cannot be installed due to immovable objects that are against the wall, we will install our TrenchDrain System. Here you can see where the crew jackhammered out an area for this to be installed properly.
TrenchDrain is Now in Place
The TrenchDrain System is now in place and is ready to accept any water that comes onto the floor. Its grated openings are what make this possible. This system is also compatible with our WaterGuard System and will direct any water into it as well, making them a great team!
