The Basement Transformer Before & After Photos

A basement in Hyde Park, NY was having water some issues. Water was coming in through the corners of the porous concrete walls and leaking onto the floor, making it wet and damp. Our team knew exactly what to do to prevent the water from ever intruding again. We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System and our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to keep the water out. Both products work hand in hand, as the WaterGuard collects any water seeping in through the walls and directs it to the SuperSump. The SuperSump pump is designed to keep the basement dry, even during times of heavy rain. It features a 1/3 horsepower pump capable of discharging 2,220 gallons of water out of the home. This sump pump was a great option for this homeowner who was having less severe water intrusion but still needed a way to keep the basement dry.

They decided to move forward with the project, and after some consultations on some ideas, the project was started.

Once Oscar was involved, the project took off and as you can see from the after picture Rich & Rosa are truly happy.

We put an end to the leaky walls in this basement by installing our BrightWall Basement Wall Panels and our WaterGuard System. These rigid plastic wall panels prevent humidity and water vapor from passing through and direct any water straight into the WaterGuard System itself. The WaterGuard System is an interior perimeter drainage system designed to help collect any of the water leaking through walls. Now the water coming through these walls won’t end up in the basement!
