Basement in Need of Restoration
This is what the basement looked like once the bottom portion of the wall had been removed and the floor was cleared off. This step needed to be done so our team could do the work properly.
A Basement Floor Made to Last
On top of the concrete floor, we put something better and made to withstand a basement environment. We used our ThermalDry Basement Floor Matting, which is a waterproof subfloor made specifically to finish basements.
Bottom Portion of Wall Restored
We used our EverLast Finished Wall Restoration System along the bottom 32" of this wall. It features an inorganic, mold resistant wall product with metal studs that cannot be damaged by any flooding in the future.
Sump Pump System Protects Against Floods
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System features two horsepower Zoeller cast-iron pumps and a battery backup pump that can get rid of thousands of gallons of water. Now this basement is protected properly should a rainstorm try and wreak havoc.
