Water Stains on the Walls and Unstable Stairs
You can clearly see that these walls had been leaking due to the many brown water stains that had been left behind. The wood on these stairs had also deteriorated, making them quite unstable.
New Walls and New Stairs
Here we transformed the walls with our EverLast Perimeter Wall System and built a whole new staircase with oak wood, white spindles, and white trim. These wall panels are 197% stronger than drywall with stud construction, cannot be damaged by moisture, and do not support mold or mildew growth.
The Old Floor Has to Go
The old concrete floor in this basement needed something much more pleasing to the eye and made for a basement environment to go over top of it.
ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring: Walnut Edition
The old concrete floor had now been covered with our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring. Although it appears to be made from wood, it is not. Unlike wood - these planks are made from inorganic materials, which means they will never rot and cannot be damaged by water. This flooring also helps to increase the temperature of your floor by 10 degrees.
