Waterproofing a Garage & Basement Duo in Marlboro, NY
Our team waterproofed the leaky walls in this garage and basement duo for a homeowner out in Marlboro, NY. We used CleanSpace to cover a portion of the concrete block walls and placed our interior drainage system known as WaterGuard at the base of the wall, just below the concrete slab. The CleanSpace acts as a barrier and prevents moisture and water vapor from passing through. It also helps direct any incoming water into the WaterGuard System itself, where it gets received via the built-in wall flange.
