Basement Before Waterproofing
This is how the basement looked prior to having waterproofing solutions installed. It was important to get a reliable system in place to ensure the personal belongings stored here did not suffer from any water damage.
Full Waterproofing Solution in Place
Now this basement has been equipped with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, WaterGuard System, and strips of our BrightWall Panels. All three of these products work together to keep water from wreaking havoc. The strips of our waterproof BrightWall panels help direct any incoming water straight into the WaterGuard System. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System then takes the water this interior drainage system has collected and transports it out and away from the home.
WaterGuard Up Close
Our crew must jackhammer through a portion of the concrete to make room for this interior drainage system. The WaterGuard System gets installed just below the concrete slab and rests on top of the foundation footing. The wall flange that extends up the wall at 3/8" helps to direct any water coming through the wall into the system itself.
Concrete is Restored, WaterGuard is in Place
The concrete slab has been restored and once it dries, the WaterGuard System will be permanently in place. It will then collect any water seeping through the walls and drain it into the TripleSafe Sump Pump System we installed.
