Address the Leak
This basement had a water leak that was not doing it any favors. Our specialist spotted this during his inspection and knew an interior drainage system was needed to fix this.
Jackhammering Begins
Our crew removed a portion of the concrete slab to make room for the interior drainage system that was to get installed along the perimeter of the basement.
WaterGuard System and BrightWall Panels Installed
Here you can see the WaterGuard System resting on top of the foundation footing, just below the surface of the concrete slab, in a bed of drainage stone. Our BrightWall panels were installed behind it to help assist in draining the water directly into the WaterGuard System. Both products work together to ensure any water seeping through the foundation walls gets collected.
Concrete Restored
The concrete slab is completely restored once all the products are in place. The WaterGuard System is barely visible, but ready to do its job now.
Jackhammering for the Sump Pump
Our crew carved out a large hole in the concrete floor for the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to be installed inside the basement. Shortly after, water began seeping into the basin, proving just how much a sump pump was needed to protect this basement from major water intrusion.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System and Dehumidifier Installed
Now both products have been completely installed and are ready to protect this basement from water issues. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is designed to pump out thousands of gallons of water and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was set up so that it drains any water collected directly into the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier removes up to 100 pints of water from the air per day, and since it drains directly into the sump pump, all water will be transported out and away from the home.
