Before the Waterproofing System
This is what this basement wall looked like before our waterproofing system was installed.
The Start of the Installation
Here our team has started to remove a portion of the concrete slab to make room for the TripleSafe Sump Pump System and our interior drainage system.
First Sump Pump Installed
This TripleSafe Sump Pump is equipped with a battery backup system and two cast-iron Zoeller horsepower pumps that can handle discharging extremely high volumes of water. This basement now has the ultimate protection against flooding.
Second Sump Pump Installed
Here we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System liner with a 1/3 horsepower pump. The discharge line for this sump pump runs underground and to the outside of the home. This sump pump is an additional form of protection to help keep the other side of the basement dry within this large basement.
Removing Concrete for the Interior Drainage System
Here our crew has jackhammered away a portion of the concrete slab so the WaterGuard System can rest easily on top of the foundation footing and in a bed of drainage stone.
The WaterGuard System
Here you can see the WaterGuard System up close. It collects any water seeping through the walls and then drains into the two sump pump systems we installed. They work as a team to get the water out of the basement.
Concrete Fully Restored and CleanSpace Installed
The concrete slab has been fully restored and now The WaterGuard System is ready to do its job. We also included a strip of our vapor barrier known as the CleanSpace Wall System, which will help direct any water into the interior drainage system itself.
