Old Sump Pump
Average household sump pumps like this one usually aren't built to handle massive volumes of water. It certainly is not equipped to keep running even in the case of a power outage.
TripleSafe with Battery Backup
We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System for this homeowner. It has two cast-iron Zoller horsepower pumps capable of discharging thousands of gallons of water. If the power goes out or there's a tripped circuit, the battery backup system kicks on, and the sump pump keeps working. It can discharge up to 11,500 gallons of water or more on a fully charged battery, set at the highest level.
Leaky Basement Walls
These walls and this floor were not in the greatest condition. Water intrusion was most likely responsible for the deterioration.
Interior Drainage System Installation Begins
The team carved out part of the concrete slab using a jackhammer so they could rest the WaterGuard System on top of the foundation footing. This prevents the system from getting clogged with dirt and debris. It also has large drainage openings that prevent this from happening as well.
Concrete Slab Restored
The concrete has been restored, and the WaterGuard System is ready to go. It can collect water seeping through the walls thanks to it's built in wall flange and then funnels it into the TripleSafe Sump Pump.
Walls Transformed and Waterproofed
Now these walls have been transformed thanks to our CleanSpace Wall System. This waterproof barrier prevents water itself from passing through the foundation walls and directs any water into the WaterGuard System.
