Photo 1: A Concrete Basement
The stains on the concrete walls and floor of this basement were a sign that water was making its way through.
Photo 2: A Wet Basement Corner
Water was found pooled in this basement corner during the inspection of the basement conducted by our transformation specialist. Thankfully, we offer solutions to put a stop to this problem.
Photo 3: Basement Walls Waterproofed
Our team waterproofed these basement walls with our CleanSpace Wall System. It serves as a barrier that prevents water and moisture from coming through the walls. The best part is that no mold or mildew can grow on top of it thanks to its built-in anti-microbial protection. We also installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to discharge water out of the basement and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity under control.
Photo 4: Interior Drainage System Gets Installed
Our team installed the interior drainage system known as WaterGuard all along the perimeter of the basement. It rests on top of the foundation footing, so it is away from the mud zone, and that way no clogging occurs. Thanks to its built-in wall flange it will collect any water that seeps through these concrete block walls.
Photo 5: WaterGuard & CleanSpace Install is Complete
The concrete slab has been restored and now the WaterGuard System is ready to be fully functional. The CleanSpace Wall System will help funnel any incoming water from the walls into this interior drainage system.
