Fixing the Wall Crack
Here our crew has begun to repair the wall crack using our FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair. This product is a flexible sealant made of open cell foam as well as a waterproof sealant, which allows it to move with the wall.
Wall Crack Totally Sealed
Now the crack has been completely sealed and will never allow water to come into the basement. If the wall was to ever move or shift in the future, the crack will remain sealed.
Basement Walls Covered and Crawl Space Floor Encapsulated
We used our CleanSpace Wall System to cover up the basement walls and prevent water vapor from passing through. We sealed off the crawl space floor using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, complete with our drainage matting underneath for enhanced longevity and durability. Both systems are strong and do not support mold or mildew growth. Now the homeowner has a dry basement and crawl space!
