The Basement Transformer Before & After Photos

This homeowner's garage was letting water into their basement. Our team knew the perfect solution. We installed our TrenchDrain grated drainage pipe system right along the edge of their garage doors. The TrenchDrain looks just like a basement drainage pipe except it has a grated opening on the top. Any water that passes through the garage door and over this grate is then collected and redirected to the sump pump system. The lid is also removable, so if any dirt or leaves were to get inside and clog the system, it could easily be taken care of. The grate is also flush with or inserted just below the floor, so there is no possibility of a tripping hazard. 

This is truly the best solution when water is coming in through an entryway such as a garage door. After this was installed, this homeowner no longer had to worry about any water leaking into their basement or coming in through the garage. 

Our company transformed this crawl space by using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal it off from the earth and keep moisture from getting inside. To prevent air leaks and cold drafts, we used our SilverGlo insulation panels on the walls and sealed the rim joists with foam insulation. On the floor we used our TerraBlock foam insulation as well, which is flexible and helps keep the crawl space warm too. Now this crawl space will be dry, healthy, and warm for years to come! 

Our foreman Jake and his team transformed this dirt crawl space that was filled with debris by encapsulating it and sealing it off from the earth. The crawl space got covered in our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, which is a super strong waterproof liner that prevents moisture from passing through. Underneath that, we placed our drainage matting to enhance the durability and longevity of the liner. Now this crawl space is a dry space and safe from the problems water intrusion can cause. 

Our team worked hard to transform this crawl space from a cold, dirt filled pit to a warm and dry space. Foamax panels were placed on the walls of the crawl space to help reduce condensation and to provide protection against moisture. These panels are made of polyisocyanurate foam and have a foil vapor barrier on the backside. We also placed our TerraBlock foam insulation over the floor, which is flexible and helps keep the crawl space floor feeling comfortable instead of cold. Finally, we sealed the crawl space off with our waterproof liner known as the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

We protected this crawl space in Warwick, NY from water seepage using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This extremely durable 20-mil reinforced polymer liner prevents water vapor from passing through the walls or the ground and making its way into the crawl space. It also aids in the prevention of mold growth, wood rot, and pesky intruders such as rodents or insects. Now water can no longer wreak havoc on this crawl space.
