The Basement Transformer Before & After Photos

Before venturing into our recent Franklin Lakes, NJ project, the homeowner battled with a musty, damp crawl space, a common yet frustrating issue many face. As you can see in the 'before' photo, the space was far from ideal, requiring our immediate intervention. Transforming this basement, we installed drainage matting, CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona, which as depicted in the 'after' photo, dramatically improved the area. Now, the homeowner enjoys a dry, comfortable, and must-free basement. This is just one of the ways we commit to providing remarkable customer experiences and reliable solutions.

When this Franklin Lakes home faced the challenge of water-damaged walls, we stepped in with our expertise. As you can see in the "before" photo, the water damage was not only unsightly but threatened the structure's integrity. However, our solution, the Everlast Wall System, transformed the space completely. Notice in the after photo how the Everlast not only rectified the damage but also provided a reliable barrier against future water intrusion. Our mission was accomplished by turning a problem area into a delightfully dry basement, ensuring a remarkable customer experience with lasting results.

Before and after we insulated and encapsulated this crawl space. 

This dirt crawl space was transformed thanks to our CleanSpace product. CleanSpace works to completely trap out any moisture, water, and mold from forming or coming into the area. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also placed inside the crawl space to keep the humidity low and to prevent any possible issues with moisture forming in the future. SmartJack support systems were even put in place to stabilize the floor. Now this crawl space is good as new!
