If basement windows, egress windows, or basement window wells are included in your finishing project, we like to install these first as well, so we know how much space we'll need to allocate for the walls. If you haven't heard about our basement window wells, be sure to ask us! They're a small addition that can make a big difference by maximizing natural sunlight in your finished space!

This home, in Newburgh NY, was mostly renovated by the bank when a young couple purchased the home. There were a few things to complete that the bank did not do. This one is fixing the drywall in the garage. When an electrician cut the drywall to install a sub-panel in the basement he failed to close the hole in the wall. This is a garage and builing code requires that it be sealed to meet the fire ratings. We came in and patched with the propper drywall to get the fire rating back.
