Encapsulating and Insulating a Crawl Space in Warwick, NY

A crawl space in Warwick, NY needed a complete and total makeover. We removed all the dirt and debris inside this crawl space and transformed it into a dry and healthy environment. Our crew used our SilverGlo panels on the walls and TerraBlock panels on the floor to insulate the crawl space. This keeps the rest of the house feeling comfortable and reduces energy costs. SilverGlo panels stop air leaks, never lose R-value, and cannot be damaged by moisture. TerraBlock is ¾ inch thick flexible foam insulation that features a vapor barrier on the front and the back. Our CleanSpace Encapsulation System was placed over the top to seal off the dirt crawl space from the earth and prevent water vapor from passing through. As a finishing touch, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity under control and to continually dry and the air and the contents inside.
