Protecting a Crawl Space from Moisture in Greenwood Lake, NY

A dirt crawl space in Greenwood Lake, NY was in total disarray. The fiberglass insulation inside was falling apart, the entire space was filthy, and the floor joists above were sagging a little bit. Our team stepped in to transform this crawl space using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, SmartJack System, and Foamax wall panels. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System was used to seal off the crawl space from the earth and prevent humidity from getting inside. The SmartJack System is made of galvanized steel used to provide stability to the floor joists once again and won’t rot like wooden supports so often do. The Foamax wall panels that were installed on the walls have a foil vapor barrier on the back and its foam insulation helps to reduce condensation. Now this crawl space is dry and stable!
