Stabilize the Crawl Space
We used our SmartJack System to stabilize the floor joists and prevent any sagging from occurring. These are made with galvanized steel and can support vertical loads up to 60,000 pounds or more. Unlike wooden supports, our SmartJack System is not going anywhere and can be adjusted at any time should your home require it.
Encapsulated and Stable
Our CleanSpace Encapsulation has now been paired with our SmartJack System. Now this crawl space is dry and stable!
Drainage Matting and Insulated Rim Joists
We put down drainage matting to help enhance the longevity and durability of the vapor barrier known as the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The rim joists have been sealed with foam insulation to reduce conductive heat loss.
Encapsulation Complete
Now this crawl space is sealed off from the earth and protected from the water vapor that attempts to make its way inside. This super durable 20-mil thick reinforced polymer liner also provides protection from mold growth and wood rot.
