Generic Plastic Liner
This average plastic liner on the floor is not going to do a good job of keeping moisture or water vapor from getting inside the crawl space. It's also very thin and not very durable.
Here Comes CleanSpace
We used our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the earth and stop water vapor from getting inside. Right now its only on the floor of the crawl space, but soon all the appropriate areas will be encapsulated.
Fully Encapsulated
Now the CleanSpace Enapsulation System has also been placed on the walls of the crawl space. This 20-mil reinforced polymer liner is extremely durable and resistant to wear and tear. We also installed our drainage matting underneath to increase the longevity and durability of this liner.
Mold Cannot Grow on CleanSpace
Now that the CleanSpace Encapsulation System has been installed, mold growth will be prevented. It has a built in antimicrobial additive that stops any mold from growing on top of it.
