Dirt Crawl Space Disaster
This crawl space was full of dirt and had debris everywhere. It needed to be cleaned up and sealed off from the earth.
Protected and Insulated
Our CleanSpace Encapsulation System is the 20-mil reinforced polymer liner that we used to cover areas of the crawl space. It will prevent water vapor from passing through. We also used our Foamax panels on the walls as well as our TerraBlock foam insulation on the floor. Both will help eliminate that chilly feeling inside the crawl space.
SmartDrain
This device alerts homeowners when a plumbing leak has occurred inside of the crawl space. It will also drain the water beneath the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, ensuring that it does not pool inside the crawl space.
Humidity Under Control
The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier helps keep humidity under control by removing up to 100 pints of water from the air per day. It can even filter out particles smaller than mold spores and dust mite droppings.
