Photo 1: Debris Filled Crawl Space
This crawl space had debris everywhere that needed to be removed in order for the crew to be able to do their job.
Photo 2: Drainage Matting
Drainage matting was placed on the floor of the crawl space first. This is to help enhance the longevity and durability of the waterproof barrier that goes on top of it. It also helps to carry the water to the sump pump we installed.
Photo 3: Insulation Installation
Next, our SilverGlo insulated panels were installed on the walls, and we used our TerraBlock foam insulation on the floor. SilverGlo stops air leaks and TerraBlock keeps the floor feeling nice and warm.
Photo 4: Sealed Off from the Earth
Now this crawl space is totally sealed off from the earth thanks to our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. It is a 20-mil reinforced polymer liner that prevents water vapor and moisture from getting inside the crawl space. It's extremely durable too, which means it's made to last.
Photo 5: Sump Pump & Dehumidifier
The crawl space is now fully waterproof thanks to our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The sump pump system will discharge 2,220 gallons of water out and away from crawl space and the dehumidifier will remove up to 100 pints of water from the air per day. Now the space will stay dry and healthy!
