Dirt Crawl Space
This crawl space had the dirt floor exposed, where moisture could easily seep up through the ground and into the crawl space itself.
Sealed off from the Earth
Now the crawl space has been completely encapsulated using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This liner is waterproof and resistant to wear and tears. It's made from 20-mil reinforced polymer, so it's made to last and withstand a crawl space environment.
Drainage Matting
Before installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, we placed our drainage matting directly on the dirt floor. This will enhance the durability and longevity of the liner on top.
A Dry and Clean Space
Thanks to the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, this crawl space is now protected from moisture making its way inside. This liner prevents water vapor from being able to pass through.
