A Dirt Filled, Nasty Crawl Space
This crawl space was anything but a healthy or dry environment. It was filled with dirt and had moisture problems.
Unstable Crawl Space
The support posts inside this crawl space were simply not doing their job properly and additional support was needed. They had also started to rust at the top, which is never a good sign.
Faulty Sump Pump
This type of sump pump that the homeowner had is extremely unreliable. There is no type of lid to keep water enclosed, meaning it could leak out water at any time. This is exactly why we replaced it with an even better system.
Fully Encapsulated and Transformed
This crawl space has now been sealed off from the earth using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Moisture can no longer get inside the crawl space thanks to this 20-mil reinforced polymer, waterproof liner. It's also extremely durable and will last for years to come.
Stabilized and Humidity Under Control
We installed our SmartJack System which can support loads up to 60,000 pounds or more and is made of galvanized steel, meaning it is resistant to corrosion. We also put a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifer inside this crawl space, which can remove up to 100 pints of water from your air per day. It then takes that dry air and moves it all throughout the crawl space, drying the contents inside. Now this crawl space is dry and stable!
Our Sump Pump System is More Reliable
This sump pump system is far more reliable than the old one that the homeowner had previously. With this sump pump system in place, this crawl space will now be protected from floods and leaks. It also has an airtight lid, which means water cannot leak out!
