Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Transforming a Crawl Space into a Dry Environment in Livingston Manor, NY

A homeowner located in Livingston Manor, NY who lives in a house built in 1989, contacted us because he wanted to preserve the longevity of his home and wanted to get his crawl space cleaned up. Some of the wood inside the crawl space had even rotted away, and the homeowner had to replace some of the floor joists. The homeowner also expressed concerns about a leaky pipe, moisture, and some flooding when meeting with our specialist Lukas. He told Lukas that the floors in his home felt cold in the winter and that cold air would sometimes leak in as well. Lukas came up with a plan to seal the crawl space off from the earth and dry the contents inside the crawl space. The homeowner agreed to this solution, and Tim and the rest of his crew got to work on the installation in January of this year.  Once the team was done, this crawl space was a dry and healthy environment that became totally sealed off from the outside elements.
